The “Hanoi Center for Financial and Industrial Mathematics” was founded in 2009 as autonomous research center in applied mathematics at the Hanoi National University of Education. Its founders are Prof. Do Duc Thai and myself. The members of this Center come from many different places, including universities, institutes and private companies. This center is the de facto most important financial mathematics center in Vietnam.
